At Bailey’s Children Centre the primary goal in our school age program is to create communities for children and their families that are safe, nurturing and enriching. Our after school program provide an environment where children can safely grow through self-guided and structured play. In addition to fostering imagination - play challenges children to expand social, emotional and intellectual tools. Our Early Childhood Educators carefully plan the program to balance homework with exercise and promote healthy eating habits.
Afterschool Program
At Bailey’s our After School Program is designed around the interests and needs of the children. Within the program, there are opportunities for all children to explore and experience activities that are meaningful to them.
Our Afterschool Program differs from most with its diverse range of exciting activities including computer learning centres, sports, arts and crafts, science, cooking, indoor and outdoor games, tournaments, contests, special event days, and much, much more! These programs focus on the development of character, leadership, education, health, life skills, the arts, fitness & recreation. The program operates from the child enters our care afterschool until s/he is picked up at or before 6 p.m.
Schools that we escort to include Lester B. Pearson and Hanover Public School. For any other schools please inquire as to the arrangements of drop-off to and pick-up from school.
